Every payment category by week for the next quarter. Collections are dated from each customer's own payment behaviour and the trend in it; payroll comes from the consolidated payroll journal in Zoho Books; loans and other recurring payments from the last 12 months of ledger actuals. Each week's closing balance is the next week's opening. Click any amount to see who it is with, then open a counterparty for the individual payments.
Cash no ledger can tell you about. A one-off is a single dated movement — capex, a settlement, a refund, an expected group transfer or drawdown. A recurring one-off is a rule for something paid on a cadence that never reaches the books: a loan instalment on a standing instruction, rent settled outside Zoho. Both are dated by you, never trended, never moved by a scenario. Outflow = a negative amount. Nothing is written to Zoho either way.
